Thank you for shopping with Buff Your Body. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note:

  • Shipping transit times do not include processing time

  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volume

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Promotional or free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic (U.S.) shipping is available.

  • International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Buff Your Body is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Buff Your Body is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Buff Your Body is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist where possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Professional Kits & Large Orders

  • Professional kits and bulk orders may require additional processing time and may ship in multiple packages.
