All Sales Final on Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all opened or used products are final sale, including:

BUFF PRO devices
Exfoliators
Lotion mitts
Massage mitts
Body butters

Eligible Returns

Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Opened or used products
Training videos or digital content
Professional kits (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
